Our History

Don’t be confused .... “CUTLER BAY HOT SAUCE and EVERGLADES HOT SAUCE are the same thing just re-named. We started out as Cutler Bay Hot sauce but as time marched on so did the need to expand beyond the geographical “mind-set” boundaries of our beautifully quaint little town. The name Cutler Bay Hot Sauce Co. no longer gave us the range we were shooting for so, already being on the fringe of the Everglades as it is, we found that renaming our company with something that is globally know was the ticket we were looking for. The sauce remains the same, our commitment to excellence remains the same ... and we haven’t moved ... so you can always find us locally. We think you’ll agree that Everglades Hot Sauce Co. fits our profile to a “T”. Thanks for visiting
