Everyone deserves a HAPPY birthday cake. This request was for a semi naked frosting topped with pink roses. The allergies required this cake to be gluten free, dairy free and soy free. Lemon flavored with raspberry jam between the 6 layers.

We're you a headache sufferer?
I had a lot of headaches as a child and migraines as an adult. I have not suffered these since going completely gluten free. I'm so grateful I found my way out of so many health struggles!

Would you guys be interested in smaller scale, readily available dessert options?
I can bake lots of other things and offer them "farm market style" in single serve or other ways.
I'm thinking strawberry short cake cups & peach cobbler cups, cookies by the count, brownies, cake slices, fruit pie slices, bundt cake slices, fruit breads (banana, apple, strawberry ect)
Tell me what you want and if there's a good response, we can do this too!
