*Perform the necessary administrative tasks to fulfill work obligations.

Requirements including skills and character traits:
*High integrity and personal standards.
*Diligence - notice and report problems identified during a home watch check.
*Reliable – able to commit to a schedule, show up on time, team player.
*Problem Solve – Work independently to tackle challenging problems as they arise.
*Able to perform light physical labor for extended periods, alone or with others. *Able to carry 50 lbs a short distance, climb an 8-10 foot ladder, and has space in the car for a foldable ladder.

Perform concierge work on behalf of Halo Home Watch customers:
o Wait for deliveries and handle packages.
o Meet contractors and vendors at homes and document their work as needed.
o Put out and bring back trash and recycling for clients.
o Run errands and one-off services.

Communicate effectively with the office regarding notable information and incidents.

Work in a professional manner with different vendors to resolve issues that arise.

Perform the necessary administrative tasks to fulfill work obligations.

Requirements including skills and character traits:

The first named storm in a month, Fred, has weakened back into a Tropical Depression with winds around 35 mph. Fred is currently headed towards Cuba and expected to follow up the West Coast of Florida late night Saturday.

Residents of Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Naples should anticipate heavy rainfall this upcoming weekend.
