Some highlights from this wedding:
-We’re friends with this groom’s family, so of course, I knew it was going to be a GREAT time before I even got to this wedding.
-The bride and groom embraced after this first kiss and it said things like “I love you.” “I got you.” It was beautiful and meaningful and I think more couples should do that! I’m a hugger. Hugs are everything. Hug more. 🤗
-I arrive at the reception, and see that THE DJ IS MY NEIGHBOR. Since we moved to the neighborhood I’ve said I hope to work with him. What an awesome surprise!
-A bridesmaid WENT INTO LABOR. It was like, the evening couldn’t get any better, then it did! 🥰
❄️ Snow day! ❄️ It’s our first blizzard of the season. So naturally, I’m feeling the holiday spirit again!
Live painting this Christmas wedding in Bethlehem, PA last month was so perfect, I was just waiting for a movie crew to walk in. I’ve painted for this family multiple times and it filled my cup to see them all again! Lots of hugs and laughs and togetherness at a special time of year. What more could I ask for?
Stay warm everyone!
✨ Hello 2024! ✨
This was my last wedding of 2023. It was sparkly and romantic and the perfect way to end the year.
#2024
Live paintings have wrapped for the year, holiday orders are delivered, and I’m scrolling through paintings-to-post while listening to my 3 year old hum “Jingle Bells”. ‘Tis the season! 🎄
Every detail was PERFECT for L + P… This pineapple fountain?! The chinoiserie vases?! The lighting coming through the trees and reflecting on the dance floor on this gorgeous day?! Looking at this painting makes me relive that day and simply put, that makes me happy. 😍 Swipe for the full scene!
A + D requested a first dance painting with a crowd of the wedding party and their two children watching them, and I LOVE it. The was filled with twinkling lights and good jams and happy people who danced the night away. What else can you possibly hope for?! 🤩
I am loving all the details in this Detroit Cathedral live wedding painting - from the stained glass to the checkered floor and everything in between! Then after the ceremony, we moved to the to party the night away (and wrap up this painting)!
I’ve painted at many times, but this was the first time I had a couple request watercolor there. I love the delicate, dreamy appearance. It fit the romantic outdoor wedding vibe perfectly!
Also, this couple is insanely cool. They went hiking and skydiving in New Zealand for their honeymoon!
🍂 S and B’s painting is like a breath of fresh autumn air. Or as Tim Allen would say, a big deep breath of Pure Michigan. 🍂
“As life starts moving faster and faster, we need to make a choice: To move faster with it, or to step off every now and then. To marvel at the wonders around us, to take in new sights and sounds, and to remember just how beautiful life can be. This fall, let’s take in a big deep breath of Pure Michigan.” - Tim Allen, Pure Michigan ad.
🎃 J and N got married on Friday the 13th, on a drizzly October evening. It was dramatic and moody. Guests trick or treated. I practically jumped for joy when the bride said she had clear umbrellas and still wanted the painted scene outside, in the rain!
“WE’RE ENGAGED!” vibes 💍🥂
(Photo-based commission)
WHAT A NIGHT. After a lovely dinner and formal dances, Ari and Nate got 👏🏼 the 👏🏼 party 👏🏼 started 👏🏼 by busting out a song on the mic. THEY NAILED IT. Guests went wild, and one heck of a party with more karaoke ensued. I could go on and on about how these two, their families (hi, Jamie!) and friends made me feel like one of the gang. They were full of love and joy and kindness and I am so thankful I was a part of it!
Walking into the weekend like ✨
The greenhouse brought the outdoors in for L and Z and I can’t get enough of this breathtaking space!
Thank you for the 📸 ! (Swipe)
I can’t get over this wedding for B + B! Guests wore black, decor was white. It was classy and glamorous and this first kiss moment was swoonworthy! I’d say I took artistically liberties with her veil, but that’d be a lie… The wind blew in right as he kissed her and *AH* I can’t even put into words how magical those few seconds felt. 🤍🖤
It was the most beautiful California day celebrating D + K at ! Driving a winding road through the mountains on a clear sky day, to paint two in-love souls with THIS breathtaking view… what a privilege. 🏳️🌈 Swipe for a detail.
J + P’s romantic first dance at the beautiful ! Reel coming soon that features their reaction to the painting. (And Dad’s… what a sweet family! ❤️)
Jenna and Taylor got married on her family ranch in front of a field of Texas bluebonnets. It felt like a dreamy Yellowstone movie set (any fans here?) and by that I mean it was elegant country charm perfection!
✨Peep the painting reflection behind me. ✨ Swipe for the bride and groom’s reaction!
Thanks again for sharing these photos with me, Tabron Studios!
Don’t you just love this warm glow? *sigh* The space, their smiles, the florals… everywhere I looked, GLOWING. ✨
B + T’s live painting in Cabo! They were so thoughtful to include me in all of the weekend’s festivities from welcome party to after party. As you can imagine, everyone had a blast! 🌴

Wedding idea: Frame your first kiss with a dreamy display of hanging vases behind you!
A venue with a view 🏙️ Several references were used for this one, so all of their favorite people could be in the same shot!
