This week I've been working on two crochet blankets (I'm procrastinaitng working on things for my market). I'm making a granny square throw of which I've made 20 squares for, and a big blanket with #7 yarn. It's so soothing to make repetetive motions and watch something work up so quickly! What inspires you to create? Is it friends and familys encouragment? Is it the gratification you get after a project is finished? Everytime I'm in a creative slump I toss and turn figuring out how to get rid of it. Even just when I don't feel like crocheting. I've found that what helps me when I feel like this is working on either multiple different projects at the same time so I don't get bored (lol) or I take about one trillion breaks to ease how big the project feels. What do you all do? I'd be interested in hearing tips and tricks!

What have you been making? I’ve been making these chunky dinos and I’m working on my second alien! I feel like I’ve finally found a good system to have even increases and decreases which has been my biggest struggle with amigurumi.
