I remember when this album came out in 1997 and I first heard about it on the radio my all-time favorite singer songwriter John Fogerty and I’m driving down M 59 in my girlfriends at the time ( Mary Van Gordon) dads Chevy Astro ….. I didn’t even know he was working on anything new and the DJ comes on and says here’s the new John Fogerty song hurricane…… well just moments after that I looked down and I’m passing Bogie Lake Road doing 80 miles an hour just a jamming out……… so me and her went to see him at the Fox Theatre and I’ll be a son of a gun if one of my other favorite bands wasn’t the opening band that night THE BOTTLE ROCKETSthe bottle rockets…. What a great concert and memory…
