Creator of Amazon's "Fundamentally Cynical" He voiced the lead character Lizard Boy. He is also the lead in a rock band called Strange Sense of Comfort.
Animator, actor, filmmaker, and musician best known for creating the Amazon animated TV series Fundamentally Cynical. Dave Abbruzzese plays drums in the band and Kevin Wood plays lead guitar. (I stole this description from Famous Birthdays lol)
