Switching to the ex*****on phase of your process can be daunting or have it's challenges. Here are a few tips that might help get you back on track:
- Write out your plan of Ex*****on from beginning to end (expectations, must haves)
- Follow through on each detail
- Get structured/add more structure if you need it
-Use your calendar, planner, agenda, etc.
-Consult/Confer with a Mentor/ fellow Manager/CEO
