The Winter Solstice occurs tomorrow, Dec 21st.​​​​​​​​​Here's a juicy delicious Bath-time Ritual worthy of such an auspicious event & a sweet way to honor the darkness as well as the returning of the light.​​​​​​​​​
✨Prepare your tub with all of things you need for luxurious comfort. (Rolled towel pillow, anyone?)

✨To your water, add 1 cup of Epsom Salts plus 1 Tbsp of jojoba or almond oil mixed with 10 drops of your favorite grounding EO like lavender or sandalwood.

✨Brew your favorite cup of tea & grab a journal and pen.
Light a candle, or many, & dim the lights.

✨After sinking in, take a moment to get present with your senses. Feel the warmth & silkiness of the water against your skin, breathe in the sensual aromas & notice how they land in your system, gaze into the illuminating flame of your candle & watch it dance, take a mindful sip of tea & receive it's love.

✨Next, place your hands on your heart space & take a long deep breath into your belly. Pause for a moment, then slowly exhale, feeling the tension releasing from your body.
