Exactly what I needed this morning. Could use some prayers. I am attempting to take landon to church for the 1st time. Anxiety overload. The only thing to fear is fear itself so here goes.

Definitely watching the Elf on a shelf movie. I got it today for Landon. Hoping he would get all into it so he be into our elf (I so forgot his name). Being in Michael's crafts today made me sooooooo ready to DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS.

I absolutely love my clients, they are my friends and to me they are family. I am so lucky to have so many great people in my life that truly care about me and I can make them feel good about themselves. I had an amazing 3 hour chat today and then she sent this to me tonight after I thanked her......
Your very welcome.... just remember YOU have the power within you to MAKE your life the way YOU want it and become a strong person . You have a very good head on your shoulders . The power is within you. Not gonna say it's not gonna be hard but it will be so satisfying!!!! Keep thinking positive and don't expect. Then. You won't be let down, not to say there won't be disappointment , but won't be as bad cause you didn't set yourself up for it. I've got a lot of confidence in you. You ARE going in the right direction and you are gonna learn soooo much which in return will make you a stronger and much wiser person.

I don't know if I've ever been this excited for a concert. I'm going to loose it when I hear Tone Loc.

Well the purple is officially gone. My mom was so excited until she heard what I plan to do next. Haha. My dad said, "what color are we planning to be this week." Haha. It's still a Mystery but my scalp hates me and I have a ton of faith in olaplex.

Ok ladies, super random, but when I get home there are 2 things that I can not wait to do. Take my bra off and ball my hair up. What is your thing? What if you could only do 1 thing for some reason what would it be. Mine would be hair up.

Good Morning FB Friends: So fb has gotten a little crazy lately. I had 53 new friend request this morning. I would like to get to know everyone and this will take some time. So over being sick. Making a gallon of detox tea for tomorrow. I have fresh chunks of ginger, lemon slices, dandelion root tea, cinnamon and some stevie to make it drinkable. What else? I need to flush this s**t out asap. Lesson learned, I will never skip a week of my Shakeo ever again. No matter what. Surgery through me all off but I'm ab to fight back like no other. It's go time. New group starts Monday. Hope to lose another 30 this round but first detox.

All done up and going out. Feels good.

Boo Boo got an ice cream for being perfect at the doctors. It's cute bc he knows the entire routine by heart and he practically tells the doctors what to do but then again it's sad bc that's way to many doctors visits.

My 1st Halloween one

So the pic on the right is what I felt like when I woke up, SERIOUSLY. These meds make me feel like a slug. I am completely unmotivated. The old me would have taken a few extra pills and wished the day away and spent it in the couch wallowing in my fabricated misery. The new me messaged a coach friend and told her how I was feeling and what I needed. She suggested THE ENERGY BUS. It was exactly what I needed to turn my frown upside down and get things done. I have had a super productive day. I even knocked out half of tomorrow's to do list. I had never heard of Personal Development before becoming a coach. Do you take time for PD in your life?

I'm about to make another Turkey, still in search of a feather puff, but seeing if anyone else wants one while I'm in the process? Please share this to help me out and Thank You.

FOOD... I'm starting a new group and I'm looking for new healthy recipes. I like anything I can make in bulk and freeze but I am open to anything. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack. I have a million on my pin board but you never know if they are really good so give me what you've got. TIA
