It is REAL peeps. I am at the fair. Just unreal how much work goes into this. I ONLY have 304 tameles. Will make at least 40 more this week and that’s it. They are HUGE. Fair worthy. But the menu is here.
Green chili chicken tamales

Double crusted honey pork loin served with rice noodles and fried leeks.
So this is what dinner and lunch look like. Flank steak, bacon wrapped asparagus and green onion and stuffed mushroom with garlic and basil pasted, roasted tomatoes, spinach and topped with rockollette cheese. Damned amazing. Dogs got more than half of the steak. Lol. Spoiled anyone?
