How cute are these engagement photos?! Meet Michael and Kara 🖤

Well, it's a funny story! Michael is actually my best friend's brother. So we've known each other for a very long time and never really know what to say when people ask us how we met. We saw each other through questionable fashion choices and awkward pr***en years, and really never knew that the person we were meant to be with was right in front of us all along. Many many years later, we realized we had feelings for each other and started dating in 2017. We spent a year or so long distance, but knew that we were meant to be together long-term. After less than a year of dating, we packed up and moved to DC where we spent a few really fun years getting to know a new city. At the end of 2020, I was presented with a job opportunity to move to Nashville, so we recently packed up again for a new adventure and moved to Nashville. Now we spend our days wedding planning, checking out the H***y Tonks on Broadway, and getting to know another new city.

A story 14 years in the making! Meet Claudio and Steph 🥰

Claudio and I met back in 2008 in high school where we began our friendship that eventually turned into a fling in 2013. Little did we know that this fling would turn into something serious. We actually moved in together back in Feb 2020, yup you read that right, a month before COVID shut everything down! However, being in quarantine together only helped our relationship get stronger, as cliche as that sounds. Fast forward to June 26, 2021 where Claudio surprised me at a local state park with a romantic proposal including photos of us strung up to the trees with string lights, flower petals on a blanket, and even an inside joke in a picture frame! We are truly so excited to become husband and wife in 2022!
