Our Grit boys played great this weekend, came up a little short today nevertheless I am proud they continue to step up and challenge theirselves playing tough competitive teams and taking the work back to the practice field to work and get stronger! Their mentality to “EARN” it and not have anything handed to them is what makes this group so special and will take them way beyond the game of baseball!

Proud of our Grit boys on their first tournament of the season. Played some great competition this wknd, 2-0 going into Sunday sitting at Seed 1 out of 11. Came up short in an intense tie breaker but very proud of their performance and sportsmanship this wknd! Great start to the season!

What an awesome first wknd of 13u! This crew went out not even having an actual full practice yet due to school ball and played their tails off! Stepping on the field for the first time together yest, to great offensive and defensive play and racking up big home runs and hits to finishing in an intense extra inning tie breaker championship, couldn’t be more proud of this crew and how they finished. They not only played with pure Grit but they played with pure heart and we’re just getting started!

“You can prove em right or you can prove em wrong” Always teaching my boys and my kids to fight for what you want, there will ALWAYS be naysayers, there will always be those “parent and money owned” coaches and organizations, there will always be someone saying you’re not good enough, there will always be someone trying to take you down cause you are better than them and you are their threat... PROVE EM WRONG!!!!
