As we prepare for the Summer Food Truck Season we continue to have to do inspections in towns and maintenance as requested for upcoming events and Festivals Yesterday we did Chicopee BOH and Fire Department, Today we have Fire Department Inspection in springfield. We will be resuming our normal schedule tomorrow and next week at Union Station, Springfield MA Thank you 🙏 New Menu Design coming this coming week as well.

The plan was to stay open until 6pm The plan was to shop for the whole weekend. Ran out of food today and had to go into tomorrows reserve. Wow humbled that this little Food Truck has the support of so many. Thank you 🙏 as always Well shopping early in the morning for tommorows 2 events.

As we prepare for our events this weekend and for the upcoming week. Today we will be forced to close for some maintenance and prepping. Tommorow we will re-open with our new Friday Hours 10am-6pm.
