As I watch the markets today, the only explanation is the higher Fed Funds Rate is buoying the inflation around 2.6% for Core... If you were to moderate the rents (Core Logic is at 3%, not 5% from the BLS), we lose a whole point... Inflation may be at 1.6%... Just sayin'...
