I worked in the mortgage industry for over 19 years before selling real estate sale full-time which is an added benefit for our buyers and sellers. Through additional education and experience, I am a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute). In June 2018, I achieved my NC General Contractor’s License. Lou Anne has been in full-time sales since 2000 & also has her GRI designation and her SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist) designation.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I graduated from Liberty University where I met Lou Anne - a Wilson native. I enjoyed the friendly, laid back lifestyle of Wilson so we stayed here and now encourage others to do the same! It's close to the mountains of VA & NC & just a short trip to the beach!
