Boneset tincture making today! I've been waiting 3 years to harvest this plant as it's been getting larger each year since I found it in my yard. It has a very sweet smelling flower cluster and the pairs of leaves encase the stem. Boneset is a helpful herb in recovering from influenza and fevers that hurt "to the bone". I now offer raindrop therapy service! I'm super excited to share this with you and I highly recommend it for several reasons: Relaxation, immune system booster, and especially back muscle and spine issues.
This is a free class accepting donations for supplies. If you have a foam soap bottle that you would like to refill with fabulous essential oil soaps, please bring it. I will have empty ones available as well.
We will also take some time to learn about the history of naturopathy.

We will go over the basics of identifying strengths and weaknesses of the body by observing the face, ears, hands, fingers, toes, and tongue. The shapes, color, size, and texture of all these various parts can give us insight into your general health. It's fun to observe ourselves and others!! Bring a friend-the class is free!
