Fabulous Friday! This week I made my no bakes for something fabulous 😉 they kept me away from sugar laden treats and have been a fun on plan treat to look forward to after dinner or for a snack. I love this recipe because it doesn’t take much time so I can make it in my busy season.

Fun & Fabulous Friday! What is something fun about your week or weekend and what is something fabulous about your health journey this week? My something fabulous is that I either walked or did jazzercise everyday this week, sometimes both. My something fun this weekend is that we have our worldwide church conference and we’re hosting my hubby’s cousins for dinner. We’re also decorating for Halloween and I’m making some pumpkin cupcakes. Puppies and we were finally able to go see them, I get why it’s called puppy love 🥰 My NSV is that I stopped eating by 8 every night 😉 what about you?

Tip Tuesday! Hi THMers! I’d like to introduce myself to anyone new out there! I'm Molly Miller from Molly Miller Wellness 🙂 I live in Spanish Fork Utah. I’ve been doing THM for almost 10 years and coaching for over 5. Up until I found THM I was a chronic dieter. I was always the fat girl growing up trying the latest fad to lose weight. I was miserable and any weight I lost would come back bc I wasn’t doing anything sustainable. I love THM bc of the food freedom it gives! I don’t have to count anything and I can have dessert every day, hallelujah!!
My specialties are meal planning and mindset. I know meal planning is hard for a lot of mamas so I can teach you how to meal plan in 15 minutes or under each week and how to get dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. I have 5 kids and hangry is a real thing over here 😉 No one wants to wait an hour for dinner 😂
I focus on mindset as well because I believe if you don’t lose the weight between your ears it’s hard to lose the extra weight on your body. You can’t hate yourself to goal. Serene and Pearl tell us to treat ourselves to goal and we should also love ourselves to goal. I’d love to be the one to teach you how to love yourself to goal and to make THM sustainable for you 🥰 I run free challenges so if you’re interested in being a part of my free challenge page, let me know!
I also have my Fall Ready coaching group that starts Monday August 28th 😉 We’ll be focusing on learning the ins and outs of the plan (I work with beginners and intermediate ladies), emotional eating, hormone health and mini habits to help you accomplish your goals & feel your best. And of course there will be quick and easy done for you meal plans & general mindset work ☺️ I’d love to help you on your journey! The ladies in my group lose on average between 5-15 lbs in 6 weeks by showing up and using the tools in the group so I know you coan do it too 🎉

*For those who are struggling with possible hormone issues, here is how I learned to navigate my thyroid issues. I gained 16 lbs out of nowhere when I was almost 40 even though I was still doing THM. I learned that what I was doing before wasn't working anymore & the self-doubt and lack of self-love demons showed up with a vengeance. I dug deep, did a lot of mindset work, & started to love myself enough to figure out what was going on with my body. After seeing a very condescending and rude endocrinologist who told me I was probably just eating too much & sent me away with an appetite suppressant, I found a naturopath who did a full blood panel & tested all my hormone levels. He said my thyroid was "within range" but it was the very bottom of the range. I also had low iron, low progesterone & my body wasn't absorbing vitamin D. After getting on supplements for these which helped my energy levels & my quality of sleep as well as the right dose of a natural thyroid med & by still eating THM, but differently than when I was in my 30's, I was able to lose weight again. I definitely do THM differently now in my 40's and with my hormone issues. My body LOVES E meals, & doesn't do well with too much dairy or strenuous exercise. All this to say, be your biggest advocate! If you feel like you're doing everything right and you're still struggling, see a dr. See more than one dr & preferably a naturopath or functional medicine dr. You are WORTH IT!! I've walked this path and I'd love to help! We have an amazing THM community here, & like I said before, you don't have to do this alone. Please reach out ☺️

Tasty Thursday! I haven’t taken a lot of food pics lately but here are a few of my quick and easy meal ideas for the busy summertime ;) S cool wrap @ chick fil a, S chicken salad w whisps for croutons, S dreamfields pasta w a side salad, & S lavash pizza. I do eat a lot of E’s but mostly S’s for dinner which is what these meals were ;) what about you? What’s something tasty you’ve eaten lately?

What’s up Wednesday! Matilda opens this week! So we’re heavy into dress rehearsals- keeping THM as simple as possible!! A feta wrap for dinner has been my go to- Costco chicken skewers, feta, pre-washed spinach, & mustard in a low carb tortilla usually on the go as I’m driving to rehearsal. I have these 2 dresses I can wear for the opening number Miracle, I’d love your opinion! Which dress do you like best? We’ll call the dress on the left 1 and the dress on the right 2, thanks!!

Some of my kiddos are sick this week so that puts a damper on some of our plans, but that's life :( Now that summer is well under way, how are you feeling about how well you've stuck to your THM goals? Tip Tuesday! This quote is why I love mini habits so much. They help you make small changes a little at a time so it’s not overwhelming but you get big results! Have you ever done mini habits? A mini habit is simply a stupid small habit that will get you going in the right direction and that you can do even on your busiest days or those days your willpower seems to be lacking. Some examples of mine: put my workout clothes on 3 days/week, put my Stanley dupe out to fill in the am, set my alarm to remind me to get ready for bed at a certain time. If you don’t know where to start check out the book: Mini Habits for Weight Loss by Stephen Guise.
