Lots of rocks! 🪨🪨 We dug the walk out basement and footings for this house last fall, and came back this spring to stabilize this slope with heavy fabric and rocks. Once the siding is completed, we will be back for spreading black dirt & final grading!

We have been busy with a variety of different projects this past month! Here are a couple of recently completed building pads. Both were heavily wooded when we started. Now here they are, sitting ready and waiting for the builders to get started!

This morning we started a 4.5 acre stumping project. The customer had loggers clear cut the area, and now we are cleaning up the slash, digging out the stumps and making burn piles. More tillable land will be available soon!

Before & after picture of a recently completed project, as well as the mess in the middle. The customer was looked for more gravel parking space, and this wooded area was the best location on the lot! Stumps were removed and exported & logs will be used for firewood.

Check out the results of this property cleanup! This old farmstead was in need of some big time help & the mulcher was the perfect tool to take it on. Approximately 1.5 acres more of maintainable area!
