Hi Friends and Family,
As you know, I mentioned a change coming. I recently ventured out on my own to join a team of individuals who are solely focused on the patient experience and outcomes. I am excited and nervous but feel this is a way for me to spend more time focused on my patients, providing the care you all deserve. 🫶🏽
My team and I started Together Health, which is a membership model that provides care when you need it, in the comfort of your home. We do not involve insurance at all, but insurance can be used for outside services. 🙌🏽
Oftentimes, it is hard to get an appointment when you need to, which leads to unnecessary visits to the emergency room or urgent care. That is why we are available 7 days a week 6am-8pm providing both in-home and virtual visits to help ease the burden of going out to get care.
Our membership starts at $41 a month for individuals and $72 a month for families.

Our Story
Dr. Long is Board Certified in Family Medicine with 10 years of experience. Dr. Long enjoys providing primary care for the entire family but has special interest in Adolescent Medicine, Women's Health as well as in Preventative Care. She is humbled by the trust that her patients place in her and treats every patient with the upmost respect.
Following her undergraduate studies at Xavier University of LA, she attended Southern Illinois University School of Medicine’s Medical/Dental Education Preparatory Program (MEDPREP) where she received a post-baccalaureate certificate. Dr. Long then went on to receive her Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Following she went back to her home state of Tennessee to complete her residency in Jackson, TN. She has an up-to-date perspective in all aspects of Family Medicine, including Gynecology, Pediatrics and Emergency Care.
Outside of work and family, her interests include community service, mission trips and travel. When Dr. Long was a medical student she traveled to Tanzania providing healthcare to an underserved region. She has also worked in Opotiki, New Zealand for 6 months with the Whakatohea Clinic that primarily provided healthcare to the Maori population.
Dr. Long was raised in Memphis, TN and currently resides in Nashville, TN.
