We’re at North Side Pie until 7pm!!! You can still register tomorrow morning at the Gunter City Park and get a SWAG BAG!!!

We will have Mercado's Food Truck with breakfast and lunch tacos, Hawaii Five-Sno with Sno Cones plus all the sponsors and vendors !!

As much as we miss seeing everyone on Taco Tuesdays, we will be closed for the next few weeks! We are hoping to open back up the first week of February.

The last of our Christmas tamales have just gone out. Once again we want to express our gratitude to each and every single person! To say that we are blessed is an understatement. Without the endless support of all of our amazing customers we couldn’t continue to serve everyone our delicious tamales.

We do apologize for those who we were unable to fulfill orders for. Please keep an eye out for our next tamale order. Thank you to everyone for being so understanding.

🔴 Tamale Reheating Instructions 🔴

⁃ In a steamer:
Fill your steamer with water and turn your heat to medium. Place the tamales with the husks and steam for 20-30 minutes.

⁃ In a oven:
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. Wrap the tamales tightly in aluminum foil. Place them on a tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

⁃ In a microwave:
Place the tamales in a plastic Ziploc bag leaving a small opening. For every half dozen heat for 6 Minutes.
