The position has the potential to become full time. Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.

We still have some openings for swamp cooler winterization! We have another cold snap coming. Basic preventative maintenance can save you thousands in water damage repairs. Give us a call and get your service schedule. Also, a reminder to disconnect your garden hoses. Without disconnecting your hoses, your hose bib cannot drain. This; in turn, can lead to a frozen hose bib that spits and ruptures in the wall. The average single family residential municipal water supply comes into your home’s water system at 65psi and 8-12gpm. That kind of unregulated water volume can cause catastrophic damage in the matter of minutes. This is also why I always advise customers to replace leaking hose bibs and install an accessible shut off valve. Food for thought! We give free estimates if you need a leaky hose bib looked at.
