Our Story

We’ve been honing our culinary skills for over 15 years. From the early years on parking lot pavements throughout the city we grew to take over our home kitchen, and finally in 2010 settled into a current state-of-the-art, fully equipped, on site commercial kitchen facility, certified KOSHER thru the CRC. Centrally located in Skokie, we’re only 15 minutes from just about everywhere. We’re always available and easy to reach via phone, email, and even Facebook!! We pride ourselves in being family owned and operated having welcomed a Head Chef and Pastry Chef to the TailGator family!

No event is too big or too small. Whether you need dinner, a casual lunch for your corporate event or meeting, a classic barbecue for a family reunion, or a classy wedding reception, we offer convenient drop offs, buffet setups, or full service plated meals.

We deliver daily to businesses, and serve healthy lunches to hundreds of school children throughout the Chicagoland area.
We take pride in our ability to serve our customers, no matter what their needs, including vegetarian.
