Could not be more excited for Grif. I actually grew up down the street from Griffin and coached her for a few years. I love my former players like my own.. Gonna be hard to keep it together today 😭🤍🤍

Just a note to let you know that email is always the best way to reach me regarding photography coverage. (If you fill out my "contact me" form on my website that will also go to my email )

It helps me out SO much.

It helps me keep everything all in one spot.
It's easier to make sure I've replied to everyone.
It's easier to go back and revisit old discussions and refresh my memory since I talk to multiple clients a day and wires can get crossed.

I also usually work with clients in person nights and weekends so my "time off" isn't the same as most people. it honestly really leads to burn out when I try to take the day off on a random Tuesday and I am bombarded with texts and calls about work. Email is definitely the least invasive of my "me time" "family time" etc. I can respond to emails late that night or the next day.

Messenger also works fairly well but I don't always get a notification. And even when I do, I can get so many that yours can get buried.

Which leads me to texting... Absolute nightmare. 😆 Texts come through to my personal phone which also gets texts from family friends volunteers coaches appointment reminders political solicitation store sales etc... so most texts get absolutely BURIED and completely forgotten about. Not to mention if I accidentally open them on my watch and never read them or read them when I'm busy and forget to reply ( I know that happens to all of us!) I also don't usually save numbers for clients. So people who are returning year after year communicating via texts.. there's a good chance I have zero clue who you are 😆😆

And finally. Phone calls. I totally don't mind phone calls it's just difficult for me to find the time to carve out during the day. I am really on the go most days and only have very small pockets of time to communicate with clients and sometimes that time is 2am. Emails I can send from anywhere. I will often send emails while I wait for my coffee order, between sets at the gym, in a waiting room at an appointment, waiting for a client to arrive to a session etc... All times where I can be interrupted without email being an issue that won't work well for phone calls. Not to mention, I don't have the "paper trail" with a phone call. Trying to recall details of a conversation from days earlier while coordinating several clients is very difficult for me. Of course anything you'd prefer to discuss on the phone, you are absolutely welcome to do so. I know that written communication doesn't always convey what you want it to, so it's no problem to pick up the phone and chat- especially if you need something explained more clearly. Phone calls just aren't my preferred method when possible.

As always, Thanks for being amazing. Just wanted to get that out there so people were aware and I can be the best communicator possible for my clients going forward.

Edited to add... If you need to reach me quickly... Absolutely disregard this. Text, call, message, double text... Whatever you need to get a hold of me. I know that sometimes things come up where you really need to be able to have access to me, and that is why I give my number out. Please don't let this post deter you from utilizing it when you need to.
