Comprehensive Major Medical Plans, or ACA Individual Plans, have Full Coverage for Mental Health Benefits!

And although Basic Coverage Individual Plans, also known as Medically Underwritten Health Coverage Plans, don't typically have coverage for Mental Health Benefits, they all have a Teledoctor / Telemedicine benefit included and therefore have Mental Health Counseling and Psychiatry / Psychology services!

This is one of my best kept secrets! Taking cold showers has lots of health benefits.

Cold showers and baths have been popular lately, so I wanted to put my two cents in.

Your whole shower time does not need to be cold, but switching the shower right at the end from hot to cold helps give your body the boost it needs.

I specifically like cold showers in the morning, when I need a little shock to wake me up, or after a workout to reduce inflammation.

This little action can improve your overall health and keep you living your best life.

There are limitations and exclusions to healthcare insurance policies depending on your individual plan. But is international coverage included?

The answer: No. Your plan will usually not cover International care or travel insurance...

But it could cover any medical situation from another country if:

⚡️ Your insurance company can see the itemized billing from the service provider. (ie. the doctor, hospital, etc)

⚡️ The billing codes must be included on the itemized bill and can be verified in English by the insurance company
