Camp Coyote hosted a summer blood drive with the American Red Cross! We are grateful to our community for saving lives and supporting a greater cause. Huge shoutout to all the donors and organizers for making this event a success! ❤️

📚 Just because we’re in the heart of summer doesn’t mean we’re not thinking ahead! The first day of school is on our minds, and we’re so excited for the 2024-25 school year. New beginnings, new adventures, and endless possibilities.

🎓 On June 8, Viewpoint’s 110 seniors celebrated their graduation on Ring Family Field, surrounded by cheers, tears, and applause as they moved their tassels, marking the beginning of their extraordinary futures. Head of School Mark McKee opened the ceremony with inspiring remarks, followed by an empowering keynote from Dr. Anjali Tripathi ’05, NASA’s Exoplanet Ambassador. Congratulations to Jessica Cao ’24, honored with the Arthur B. O’Leary Award, and to Valedictorian Julianna Hughes ’24 for her uplifting speech. We are thrilled to congratulate the Class of 2024. Best of luck in all your future endeavors!

Today, 112 of our Eighth Grade students gathered with their loved ones on the Ring Family Field for a memorable Promotion Ceremony. Head of School Mark McKee shared heartfelt words, marking this special moment as he and this class embarked on their Viewpoint journey together nine years ago. Here's to new beginnings and bright future in Upper School!

We are excited to announce that Dr. Anjali Tripathi, Class of 2005 Valedictorian and NASA’s Exoplanet Ambassador, will be our Class of 2024 Commencement Speaker. Tomorrow, we will celebrate our graduates with Dr. Tripathi, an astrophysicist whose journey reflects our promise to create exceptional readiness for extraordinary futures.

Our second annual Spirit Games were a blast!❤️💙💛 From freeze dance to relays, the excitement was off the charts! Thank you to everyone who made this event a success! We can't wait to see you all next year for an even bigger and better Spirit Games!

Six of Viewpoint's Upper School Students Inducted into the Prestigious Chinese National Honor Society News Story - Viewpoint School

Our Middle School students took the stage with a fantastic performance of Ramona Quimby! The energy, talent, and hard work of our students truly brought Beverly Cleary's beloved characters to life. Bravo to everyone involved!

What a spectacular evening it was at the Skirball Cultural Center for our 41st Annual Benefit! On May 11, 2024, our Viewpoint community gathered to honor the extraordinary Carlson Family for their nearly thirty years of dedicated service and transformative impact on our school.

The Carlsons have been heroes in our school's history, influencing every corner of Viewpoint through their philanthropy and visionary trusteeship. Fifteen years ago, Steve and Leslie Carlson P’01 established the Carlson Family Financial Aid Endowment Fund in our Upper School, a significant fund they continue to support along with their daughter, Kristen Carlson ’01.

In their honor, we are proud to announce that the net proceeds from this year's Benefit will be dedicated to an endowment fund for Financial Aid in the Upper School. By doing so, we are empowering world readiness through endowed financial aid, opening Viewpoint’s doors to the best and brightest high school students.

The evening featured a captivating performance by our Award-Winning Upper School Jazz Ensemble and Jake Roth '26, Carly Nelson '25, and Jasper Crenshaw '24 adding the perfect touch to an unforgettable night.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this meaningful cause. Together, we are making a lasting impact on the lives of our students and the future of our community.
