Some very good friends were making their way across Idaho today and asked if I was open. I said come on by and I’ll feed you some deliciousness. I am so happy they took some time out of their day to stop by and see our operation for themselves. I even sent some corndogs home with them to give to my dad who has not been able to have one of them yet.

What a remarkable day for us today BlueRock Farm Market. Thank you for having us and thank you tremendously to all of our customers. I am recognizing faces and doing my best to put names with faces of our regulars. Thanks to all of you for your support as we continue to embark on this journey in the food truck world. Thank you for your patience as we learn new things everyday and we will continue to make changes to serve you the best that we can. We were a man down today so those that did come out thank you for your patience and bearing with us as we worked through it. Have to say thanks again to my wife for coming over for the weekend again to help me get it done. Have a great Sunday everyone and we will see you on Tuesday.

Hey there we left the square early to help out the folks at Premier Mortgage. They had an immediate need for a small event they are doing this evening so we decided to help them out. So we moved over to 175 N Blue Lakes. Here until 7:00ish come by for dinner.

Here’s today’s flavors taking a little longer to get up and moving today so it’ll be about 1130. we will be ready to give you deliciousness!

Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us at the show today. Much appreciated and power issues seemed to be resolved thanks to my buddies out park.

Come see us out at the Idaho Farm and Ranch museum plus truck show today. Our precious granddaughter says these things are awesome. Her first time at the trailer. She just wants to come in the trailer and work. We had to sorry but with fryers going in here not a good idea. I think she is having ice cream already from the ice cream vendor.

Okay, the trailer is not quite ready to go for today so we will be closed. We will be out at the truck show tomorrow 505 Kuhn Dr. Jerome, ID we hear it is a fun event so come see us there. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Okay well I didn’t even get open today. Having power issues that is not allowing me to keep the trailer running. Headed to the repair shop and hoping it’s a quick fix. I AM SO SORRY EVERYONE the joys of working some of the bugs out of a new trailer.

So as most of you know I have only been at this self employed food truck thing for I think it is two months today now. It has been an adventure for sure. Meeting lots of new people and getting to know people in and around the Magic Valley. The majority of everyone has been kind and patient with me as I navigate this journey. I am and always have been a people person. I like to talk and probably over share but it’s who I am. What I didn’t expect was to meet some other very incredible people along the way and there have been a few but I really have to give a shout out to the Massie family Thats How We Roll, they have been nothing short of amazing. The have delicious food and are so kind and helpful. Sundee will go run an errand and make sure to ask me if I need something, she came over to my trailer today and checked on me to see if I had eaten anything yet. I said no as I hadn’t and 5 minutes later she shows back up with awesomeness that I ate for lunch. We hadn’t seen each other for almost 2 weeks and I told her without them close by I had probably only ate lunch one time while they were gone. The whole family is just so down to earth, kind and caring. You can see it in what they do and how they do it. I am truly blessed to have met them a few weeks back when we set up at Twin Falls Food Truck Square for the first time. Thank you all so much. There are others that are great as well but you all standout above the rest at this point in my journey for sure. Love to you all. Thanks to everyone again for all your support. Means the world to me.
