Yes, I am back and better then ever. I am sure you noticed I took a couple of months away from social media, people to reflect on my empire and myself.

It was tough. I was in such a state of confusion with myself and where my empire was headed, it felt like I lost my passion to plan. I didn't know how to get out of it for a while. I truly had to dig deep.

With a little prayer 🙏🏽and lot of mediation, little reading, and a lot of talking. I realized that I needed to honor my rest and let it go. I knew that I am being prepared for something much bigger.

Once I let go of having the control of my empire and let God take it over, I was filled with peace, joy, and understanding. Now, with a mind full of clarity and passion I am able to look at my empire with new perspective.

Which means I have redesigned what I want prioritize within the empire. I will continue to talk about planning, education, and consulting here but, our and social events will get its own love on the page (Check it out).

This update also means our focus on events has changed. We are now focused on Corporate (galas & retreats), Conferences, and Convention events. It is not to say we wont embark on other events but we... no, I realized these are the events I absolutely love to plan, coordinate, and execute to exceptional standard.

👧🏽Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be an event planner. And I’ll never forget the day I realized that this is what I really loved.

I often get asked; what got me into events? My reply is always, "I didn't get into events, events got into me". That's how I know this is my purpose in life.

Many of you may already know but, some of you don't know so, let me break it down to you. While most little kids wanted to play with barbies and set-up a tea party, I would go the extra mile of designing invitations and handing them to my dolls to accept - giggle🤣.

However, the most pivotal moment came when I turned 10 years old. Yep, yo girl had the chance (or should I say calling) to plan her own 10th birthday party.
✔ I designed my invitations, gathered the details for my party and ensured that every goodie bag had a special treat.
✔Those were just a few things that I handled for my party but, you better believe no one left my party without feeling special and as if it was a party designed just for them, even though it was MY birthday party.

That's the thing I thrive knowing that others feel that they are making memories at events and not just attending an event. I truly believe that your event should create such an experience that every single person feels like the event was thrown just for them. There is no greater joy than hearing someone say "Wow, that was so unbullievable, I truly enjoyed myself".

✨This is why I do what I do. If I can continue to make every event a memorable experience, then that means there is one extra smile in the world.

Here are my top tips for using an IRRESISTABLE event to convert for your launch:

1) make your masterclass an EXPERIENCE.. now, more than ever, it's important to stand out from the crowd

2) ENGAGE with your event goers throughout the Masterclass.. this may mean bringing on support; it can be tricky to stay on topic *and* answer all the questions in the comments

3) Don't forget to FOLLOW UP with a survey, email or hand written note.. you know what they say- the fortune is in the follow up.

Social Media is funny.

It's like a time capsule of memories. As I scroll back- I can see that this time last year, I was unsure of the direction of my business (and honestly, life). My corporate career was put on hold because of the pandemic and I just felt like I was being pushed to finally take a leap of Faith ✝️ and really go ALL IN on Unbullievable Events.

This year has broughts UPS. And it's brought DOWNS. Entrepreneurship is 🎢 funny like that... put I'm so proud to say there's been far more ups than downs and my next year around the sun is looking like it's going to be my best yet.

That's right- It's my birthday! My birthday AND Easter and that just spells fun. (And if you know anything about me, I hope it's that I always bring the FUN 🎉!!)

I'll be taking the day to celebrate with family, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being on this wild ride with me. Happy Easter 🐰

It’s better to go slowly in the right direction than fast and unsure of your direction at all.

When I’m unsure, I have to pause and check in with myself.

I take a deep breath.

I pray.

I journal all the reasons WHY I started.

And I bounce ideas off of my inner circle- there's something about talking it out that gives me clarity.

There is beauty in slowing down.
