For those of you have followed me for awhile, you know I generally use Instagram as my main platform for advertising shop goods and announcing updates, etc. Three weeks ago today, Instagram disabled my account after I edited my profile information listing “Christ follower” at the top of my profile. They stated I had violated community guidelines. I was given an opportunity to appeal, which I have done, but no progress is being made. If I attempt to log in, I receive a message saying they are reviewing my account and that it usually takes a day. It’s been three weeks without change. Needless to say, this has hurt my business. I have no way to contact Instagram, since all help functions are disabled for me along with my account. I am at their mercy. If anyone has any knowledge of something that can be done or how I can contact Instagram, or feel like contacting them on my behalf through their account, please let me know. I have a no other way to reach my nearly 9000 Instagram followers/customers to let them know my business and updates still continue.
