No reason to give a client a new kitchen that looks beautiful but not address the dirty part that keeps it in place.
I have been called out to look at multiple floor issues just to show up and see a freshly remodeled house that looks good on the surface and it's rotting out from underneath.
Friends save yourself the heartache and evaluate your contractors skill set not just their price.
We go from pouring concrete in the morning to tearing out a kitchen subfloor on one of our remodels in the afternoon.
Concrete is down, now onto finishing. We will start standing steel after Christmas.
Getting ready to pour some concrete.
Another one started this morning. 20'x100' lean-to. Finishing the year strong!
Why stop when your having fun...on to the back porches.
Upper beams set. No hangers or visible fasteners. We love going above and beyond what are customers or piers expect. We appreciate the opportunity to show what we are capable off.
Well we got the lower porch complete, not to bad for 2 guys with a little rain delay.
Was to late and dark to post day 1 progress. Day 2 is on its way with setting 12x12 posts and cutting the upper 3 beams for the porch that sits 22' off the ground.
Wood butcher is about to get to work...
Beautiful Saturday morning widdling some wood.
If you grew up playing with Lincoln logs, then you know how happy I am right now. My Lincoln log set just got delivered, time to have some fun. Cedar cathedral patio extension, here we come.
In the mist of painting apartment buildings and building barndominions we still make time to tile a kitchen backsplash for are friends and repeat customers. Thank you Steve Still and Melissa Nossaman for your continued support.
For all those that think the boss just drives around in a polo shirt. I spent this Saturday prepping this project for the new gable cathedral with cedar posts and beams. Come next week this ordinary patio will be on its way to the outdoor experience that all your friends will evite themselves to.
Well there you have it, stained concrete hearth. When they all come together as you had planned in your head, sure makes the long hours worth every minute.
Stain is down now just wait and come back in the morning and wash her off and clean up.
Concrete hearth is all prepped and ready for some
black walnut stain. Final pictures on this project coming at the end of the week. You do not want to miss this project reveal if your looking for your own outdoor entertainment area.
These are not the pictures that we want to post but they are equally as important. I got Covid 4 weeks ago and made a brash judgement on hiring someone who said they had experience staining but obviously they did not and I got bit. Needless to say our customer is not left with an inferior product, we just sand off the junk and get back to fresh wood and do it right ourselves.

We started this gem this week and will be here for the next couple of months painting the exterior of the Level Urban Apartments in downtown Oklahoma City.
