Recently, a pastor that has also worked with veterans with ptsd, in addiction counseling environments, and a few other therapeutic spaces got to chatting with my husband about my work.

This man said in all of the environments listed above (and more) the one thing that they realized was missing, and actually made a difference in someone’s healing consistently...

love.

Now, I know this from my clinical days, and I see it day in and day out in my work, but, it was so beautiful to see how many mental health professionals are also getting in agreement here.

Love can be the most binding and healing frequency needed to find rapid and everlasting healing no matter the trauma.

So... have you embedded love in your essence and life?

If not, what’s your resistance? (I bet you think love is hokey pokey rainbows, and you probably have an incorrect experience or definition...)

How can you learn a new definition if needed?

If you serve others and are running into a few hurdles with results... have you tried incorporating love and deep genuine, connected care?

It will require YOU to more fully heal to be able to give it...

I noticed years ago the falsities within the so-called “spiritual” community. I even touted a few coined phrases because they made me feel good.

True to myself, I couldn’t turn a blind eye to the evils in this world nor could I ignore the fact that I was making excuses for myself in order to avoid the deep pain that needed to be felt in order to be expelled.

Last year, I witnessed the love and light mob turn into a dogmatic system. The same people who judged religion and people if certain political affiliations created their own ideology with their own set of rules.

I don’t play their reindeer games anymore. We don’t grow in comfort. If you’re truly a lotus, you know the beauty of the mud.

Make a new rule today

Make a new rule that life can be different if you want it to be

Make a new rule that you can change yourself completely, and it can happen quickly

Make a new rule that forgiveness is easy

Make a new rule that you don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations but your own

Make a new rule that you don’t have to explain yourself

Make a new rule that self care is a natural way of being

Make a new rule that you surround yourself with growth oriented people more often than not

Make a new rule that healing yourself is not just possible, but a reality you’re already in

Make a rule, and when you need to, break a rule.

Today, get some paper out and cut it up. Write all the new rules you’d like to have on one side of a strip of paper.

On the other side, write what type of a mentality, or perhaps actions a person with that rule would have or do today.

Put your rules in a jar and every morning pull them out, make sure they still resonate, and find 3 ways you can implement that rule in your day.

It could be... “I will not surround myself with negativity”

And the action may be, “I’ll avoid the water cooler at work when gossip is happening and take a walk alone instead”

Or, “I’m healing family drama and trauma”

And the back side may be, “when my kids act out, I will take 3 deep breaths, and remember a good memory I have with them.”

So on and so on, throw whatever you want to work on in there- just make sure you’re willing to carry out that rule in as many ways as possible ❤️

And in case no one has told you today,

I love you

What if you knew the best is yet to come?

What if you knew that what humanity is going through pushes us into Heaven on Earth?

What if you are being asking to know before you see?

What if this was the way through?

Remember, everything exists in this now, that where the human collective is going they are already there, and that this is a moment needing to be experienced in order to get humanity there.

There being higher states of consciousness, heaven on Earth.

Freedom, sovereignty, unity, love, compassion, empathy, creation, Now and so much more!

What if that which you are seeking, reaching for, aiming for is actually right here right now?

All that is required is to live it now as if it’s now.

Remember how the quantum field works in a linear 3D Field.

You know before you see.

You trust without proof.

You hold patience and not force.

Linear time requires all of the above in order to move through each now.

Think a slow tortoise in quick sand. It moves but it takes “time” and in that movement the tortoise in simultaneously already out of the quick sand.

Our human evolution is inevitable. It's a done deal.

What is required of us is to know this, remember this, feel this!

What is required is to hold more compassion and empathy for ourselves and others as we courageously navigate these most powerful and magical times.

You are here for this.

Trust your now and remember we are always in flow whether you feel it or not. Humanity is moving through a massive shift in consciousness and NOTHING can stop these shifts, NOTHING!

Stay focused on where we are going as a collective because we are already there in another now.

Your beliefs and your actions will create this reality.
