Who hates doing laundry? Me too 🙋🏼♀️ BUT I would totally do laundry daily so that I had an excuse to hang out in this adorable space! Check out my post from earlier today to see the selections board for the laundry room at the Ranch Remodel.

Currently the laundry is in the basement but our clients wanted it more central. We'll be converting a hallway into the new laundry area & adding a dutch door to the deck so it can also function as a mudroom.

Had some fun last week selecting finishes for the laundry room at our Ranch Remodel! When selecting finishes, I like to present two options: 1. What the client had in mind for the space 2. A wild card, similar to the clients idea but with a twist. The majority of the time clients will go with option 2 and it's always a blast seeing their reaction!⠀

For the Master Bathroom in the Victorian Remodel, the clients wanted it to be timeless and classic. Immediately you think marble but as we all know there's so. much. maintenance. So, we opted for a marble look porcelain tile. It's perfect! Not only is it super durable but it's also a fraction of the cost so that they could splurge elsewhere 🤩⠀

When I started designing their master bathroom I wanted to bring in traditional craftsman elements. I threw out the crazy idea of doing tile wainscoting in the shower and it's the perfect look for this home! Can't wait to show pictures of the completed project!

I spent the morning reviewing bids for our Victorian Remodel 🤓 Our work doesn't end when we complete Construction Documents, there's still a lot that comes afterward.⠀
In fact, this is an essential part of the construction process! For many of our clients, they've never seen a bid before and often times it can be confusing. During bid review, we sit down with our clients to answer questions, ensure that the GC is pricing fairly, and hasn't missed anything.
