It was so good to meet the parents and families of our familia! We pray each of them was as encouraged by it as we were. May the Lord continue to unite us so that TOGETHER we'd develop Latino(a) leaders!

What an awesome start to the semester we have had! We have really enjoyed getting to know you all. As a reminder, you can still join our main meetings. They happen every Wednesday at 12:30pm in USU 306 (Third floor of the Student Union). BUT if you can't make that time, we have Familia Groups! What are Familia Groups? Small groups where you get to the study the Bible, get to know others more, and have fun together! See the times below for current Familia Group times!

Hey friends! Tomorrow we begin our Bible Studies during the weekly meeting! It's a great chance to explore the Bible individually and in community! :) We hope to see you tomorrow! Food is included and there is a chance to get to know other students :)

We are both excited and a bit nervous to announce an extension to our Basket Drawing! In order to best serve our faithful students going on mission trips, the drawing is now Friday May 20. As we studied Mark 6:45-56 today, here is the big question we wrestled with today: Would you rather "no storm at all" or "Jesus with you even in the middle of the storm"? May our hearts be satisfied with Jesus alone regardless of our circumstances!

Hey Long Beach! We are so glad to have some of you this past week! We're pretty excited about how God is touching the lives in several college students at The Beach! For those interested, here is the video we wanted to show at our weekly meeting today. We continue our study on Mark as we look at the question "How do we respond to rejection? How did Jesus respond and what does He ask us to do?". It's a Bible Study you don't wanna miss! We hope to see you then!

TOMORROW AT 12:30PM we get to explore Mark 5:21-43. Come hear and study the story of Jesus miraculously healing one woman and one young girl. The lesson has much hope to offer us today. It will be in USU Room 307. What's that? Yes, you can totally bring a friend!
