Join us at the Grand Junction Convention Center today from 10am to 7pm for the Holistic Trade Show (formerly Alternative Health Expo).
There will be 44 vendors and 10 workshop presenters.
Kate will offer a singing bowls meditation at 3pm in the Workshop Room, and you can stand in the big Tibetan grounding bowl at the booth.
Drop your business card into the jar to be entered in a drawing for a complimentary private sound healing session.

World Sound Healing Day has been celebrated for over 20 years by people across the planet.
We invite you to join us for a heart-opening [it IS Valentine's Day, too...] meditation through the sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other instruments.
Doors open at 6pm, for those who would like to experience standing in the large "grounding" bowl.
There is a beautiful labyrinth outside, if you'd like to come early and do a walking meditation, too.
Center for Spiritual Living is at 730 25 Road in Grand Junction (the entrance to the parking lot is off G 3/8 Road).
The sanctuary has comfortable chairs, and there is room for 4-5 people to lie on the floor, too. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you want to be on the ground.
We suggest you dress comfortably in layers so you can adjust for your personal temperature preference.
Also, please bring a water bottle if you have one. It's important to stay hydrated.
The way we set up chairs, to give plenty of space between rows, we can accommodate up to about 45 people. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Suggested love offering is $20 at the door.
