I’m announcing my support for Donald J. Trump for president.

President Trump is strong on the issues that are important for North Dakota. That includes making America energy dominant, reducing the regulatory burden, securing our border, growing our economy and strong support for our military. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with President Trump to support our farmers and he truly understands how vital strong farm policy is to our state and our nation.

I got some more door knocking done in Bismarck over the weekend before the snow flew! It was fun to visit with everyone and I appreciate your support.

President Biden is wrong on energy and Americans are paying for it with record-high energy prices and skyrocketing inflation. We need more energy to lower costs and provide long term relief. That includes more coal and more oil and gas. Coal provides affordable and reliable power for our homes and businesses. Our state is leading the way forward for the coal industry now, and into the future. We’re also a leader in oil and gas and have vast oil and gas reserves in the Bakken. We’ve made North Dakota an energy powerhouse for our nation. We’re fighting tooth and nail to get the administration to take the handcuffs off our domestic energy producers so we can produce more energy here at home.

I had a great morning in West Fargo with Republican candidates Senator Judy Lee, Rep Austen Schauer, and Jim Jonas. I always enjoy connecting with voters going door to door and I sincerely appreciate everyone that is supporting me. It is an honor to work for you.

I had a delicious lunch with local veterans today at the Sons of Norway in Fargo. Wonderful food and really great company.

I traveled to the southern border to show support for our 112th Aviation Unit which is supporting Customs and Border Protection. The crisis down there continues, and I will continue pushing the Biden Administration to reinstate the Remain in Mexico policy.
