Apart from Feb-April's price hikes this 2021, we seen prices of homes level off somewhat the rest of the year. My prediction for this year will be based on what Mortgage Interests rates do throughout the year. If rates move up slightly we will see prices stay level, if rates stay the same, we will see a small increase in prices. Considering other economic factors that can effect the Socal Real Estate Market. I will be looking at other indicator like jobs and GDP growth that usually influence interest rates.
