For the month of December I’m going to post one picture each day from my Awkward Photo Shoot by Lynzi Scholz. She’s a wonderful person and a great photographer. I highly recommend you doing this next year as something fun and different than your typical holiday photos.

Today is the Joliet Slammers Holiday Open House from 9-noon in the Hall of Fame Room at Duly Health and Care Field in downtown Joliet. I hope to see many of you there. So in honor of that here is another photo from the Awkward Photo Shoot.

Not only do they offer the best local live music, amazing food and drinks, but they also support the local community in countless ways. Plus, with the friendliest staff, it's the perfect spot to watch the Light Up the Holidays parade this Friday! 🎄🎅

So head on over to the Chicago Street Pub and enjoy some delicious food, great music, and a wonderful community atmosphere.

This Saturday we will have the amazing Kelsey Montanez at the gallery doing mini tarot card readings from 12pm-5pm

Mini readings are $20 per person

See you for small business Saturday for our first vendor market. We’ll be open from 12-6 and stacked full of from local vendors, and more.

There is a rumor because Comed was doing work that we will not be doing the Marine Corps Birthday.
FALSE. We are open and we are having the celebration. Come in any time. Most people will roll in about 5. There will be a very short presentation at 7 which includes cake. Mmmm cake.
