The Mercantile Mall at the South Mall has closed due to what America is going through - corporate greed and favoritism.
This has left many of the 120 small business vendors without a home for their businesses at reasonable prices in the Lehigh Valley. For Barbs Jewelry Shop it ended what had been months of procrastination on whether to stay or leave. It didn't hurt us as much because our online shop is doing well and it wasn't our only source of income. Plus with Paparazzi Accessories there are so many other ways to sell their fabulous jewelry that don't need the constant upkeep of a physical store. We will miss the vendors and wish them well.
