Through two meaningful CSR programs, Quest Global and IEEE India Council aim to work toward bringing gender equality in the engineering workforce.

In response to the declining representation of women in engineering sector, the first program is aimed at encouraging girl students from underserved communities to pursue courses in engineering whereas the second program provides support system to women engineers who are returning back to their career. This joint effort, which is expected to benefit 475 women, underscores our commitment to building a better tomorrow by fostering a more equitable and diverse future.
