Hey folks, get yourselves over to Munno for a great Italian dinner. We just did a tasteful facelift for chef/owner Adam Weisell so it is even better than it’s former great self. They have bragging rights after being awarded a much deserved and coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand award but maintain neighborhood pricing. You will not be disappointed. Say ciao to adam from me.

How important is a wonderful restaurant environment? The best ones are condusive with the sociality of sharing a meal with those people you love and enjoy. That is the design challenge to keep in mind.

After a long, Covid driven, dryspell we are finally designing and building several foodservice projects. This one opened today, The Anchor Bar in lovely Oswego, Il. Better pics to come.
I want to open a restaurant like this in Colorado or New Mexico. Any operators want in?
