With the restaurant closure finally behind us we now embark on this next journey. August will be a month of travel and reflection. will always be on our minds and we will always remember it fondly and find a way to bring it back when the time is right. We raised our son here, got married in this space and had so many memories. It’s not a place we will ever let go. But things must change. People and places must grow and we intend to do so! Let’s GO!

After our last service we headed east to Bridgeport to lend a hand with cherry harvest, Julian’s first! It was great to spend time with family and friends and reconnect with our orchard and one of our main purposes here at which is to support small + family run farms and businesses which we will continue to do during our down time. We will continue to keep everyone updated on our journeys!

The Green Festival Restaurant and Bar Series will be held at some of Seattle’s most notable restaurants and bars, selected for their commitment to sustainability. Each of the experiences will be created specifically for and available on that night only in celebration of the Green Festival - and Seattle. This series celebrates not just notable chefs and craft bartenders, but also their collaborators: the growers, makers, producers, and the collectives, food hubs, and community and environmental organizations and non profits they hold most dear. It highlights the rich diversity of local cuisine and the many facets of regenerative sustainability.

Our last meeting at today! Thank you for an amazing 5 years! This space has cared for so many folks in the hospitality industry who struggle with drugs + alcohol. Meeting every Monday to share each other’s stories, sorrows, triumphs, losses, daily victories and hope! Community has kept us sober. has given us recovery. Thank you for showing up!

Took a quick trip to the farm to celebrate Father’s Day! Julian’s first cherry harvest! Found a few trees that had perfectly ripe fruit so picked a few lugs to bring back to the restaurant for our menu this week. We will also be selling cherries this week, Rainers + Tietons. Stop in for dinner and grab a few pounds!

New week. New dishes. You didn’t think we were going to stop switching up our menus even though we are closing did? Wagyu tartare with beet green + pear kimchi. Beets + kombucha compressed plums. Ceviche + coconut leche de tigre.
