If your entryway gets cluttered and lacks space to hang coats or store shoes, we have the answer to help with that. Susie and Don asked us to help them and we have before and after photos. Very enjoyable building this unit and hopefully they enjoy it for many years. Thank you again Susie.

Ducks Unlimited banquet was last night in Grinnell and we were asked if we wanted to donate a set of co****le boards for the event. We quickly said yes and this is what we made. It’s a great raffle item as well as a way to make money by using it throughout the evening. Hope the event was successful and everyone had a good time. Thanks

Had a good friend ask me to take her grandmother’s antique headboard and footboard and convert it to a bench. She said it came from Germany with her family and that her mother actually slept on this bed. Well, I didn’t need to hear that because it was VERY difficult to cut the footboard in half to make the side pieces!!! The saying “measure twice, cut once” was definitely in play on this🤞. Mom and daughter were truly excited with the end project. Even a few tears👌. Thank you Chris and Stu for the confidence and Merry Christmas 🎅🎄

Had the extreme opportunity to build this table and benches from a reclaimed barn that the Derecho took down. Perfect 3” x 12” Douglas fir with all the nail holes gave this table a special character all its own. So happy the wood gets new life on the same property where it once stood as a barn👍. Amanda and Kevin, we hope you have many memories and great meals on your new table.

When you have a great book collection it’s necessary to display them and keep them organized. We believe this custom built shelving unit added value and quality to this family’s home. Nancy and Bill needed a gate for the stairwell. 2”x6” clear pine boards and 1/2” black pipe made a perfect fit for their home decor. Appreciate the confidence and allowing us to tackle this project😊

The camper table top needed replaced. The previous top was mdf covered with Formica and was not very sturdy at all. They now have a 3/4” thick pine top that was stained and covered with a gloss epoxy. Playing cards will slide easier and the beer can won’t leave a ring😉. Thanks Mike and Brenda.

Always a pleasure to provide a raffle item for Mitchellville Elementary PTA Blue Ribbon Auction. Who doesn’t play bags anyway???? My wife’s nephew is married to an elementary school teacher at Mitchellville. The auction is at Terrace Hills Golf Course Friday April 1st.

Just in time for Christmas guests!

Replaced 20 year old laminate countertop with American walnut that was milled from a tree on our own acreage. Had a commercial finish applied so it will last forever. We felt it turned out pretty sweet and love the look.

Had a great time building this garage locker and bench for a family of five boys. This will help them keep a bit more organized with some individual space advantages. We appreciate the request for helping out such a great family.

Delivered a bench today for a neat couple that just refinished their kitchen and bought a new dining table. With two small children they wanted a bench for them to sit at rather than chairs. They wanted storage underneath and we incorporated that with three doors for easy access to the 78 inch long bench. The paint matches the trim so it blended quite nicely and the dark area in the base is HVAC floor register. Thanks again Prashant and Sonia for trusting us to be included in sprucing up your beautiful home.

Was asked to make two saddle stands for the nonprofit organization Inspiration Stables in Epworth ,Iowa, which assist children with special needs. Horseback riding as well as horse etiquette and horse care are some of the many functions the kids get to participate in. A good friend of mine, Luke Morris, introduced me to this great organization. Thanks Kay Shriver Althoff and her husband Greg for allowing me to help in a small way to brighten some kids day👍💪🇺🇸

This set of co****le is going to Norwalk, Iowa to a very happy Hawkeye fan. We made black and yellow bags to keep with the Hawk colors. Michelle thank you so much for allowing us to provide you guys with a favorite tailgate necessity. Enjoy🤗🏈🇺🇸

Dining room table with a bench stained in classic gray with white legs built for a terrific family that we have done other projects with. The gray stain goes well with their hutch in the background as well as the floor. It’s always a treat when they smile and say “I love it”. Thank you Kay and Greg for the continued trust and support.

Put the finishing touches on one of our larger projects last week. Inside Out Chiropractic has a fantastic new look. Lacey and the other Dr’s there were amazing to work with!!

Built this cabinet around existing bins and thought it turned out kinda nice. Solid piece and the stain is MinWax honey which looks really “sweet” don’t you think? Sara and Anthony it was a real pleasure for us to be a part of your fabulous home. Thank you
