A commentary about depression, su***de, fame and mental health.. in the form of an open letter to celebrity chef and traveler Anthony Bourdain.
Everyone on the cover is a celebrity and victim of alleged su***de.
I’ve been writing this song in bits and pieces since Bourdain died in 2018, but finally recorded it over a .fng beat 5 years later, and it’s the 4th single off our upcoming album STEPxSTEP.
Thank y’all in advance for rocking with us through the ups and downs.. highs and lows. I have a feeling this song will touch a lot of people.

A lot of folks been asking what happened to all my albums on Spotify.. they were taken down accidentally and when I tried to put them up as full versions they get blocked for certain issues with samples etc. so I took ’s advice and I’m posting music from my previous albums as singles to avoid getting flagged, as well as unreleased music from my SoundCloud that was never available on Spotify before. I started doing these PSA’s (Public Show Announcements) in 2011 as a joke but it was effective promo so I kept doin em. Starting with Sheriff A-1 and leading to Crocodile Hunter A-1 (directed by and starring as the hyphy croc 😂) The rules are simple: The quality is crap, I make an ass of myself, its over a Mac Dre instrumental, it’s embarrassing and I have fun doing it. I didn’t have time to make a new promo for this show so I made a “greatest hits” compilation of all the old ones.. if this doesn’t get you to coo a ticket to this show, nothing will.. lol editing this reminds me how much fun we’ve had over the years, I love and appreciate y’all for rockin wit me all this time. About the video:
This was the first headline show I ever played. It was in 2011 at Brick and Mortar SF and so many people came they had to stop counting the ticket sales so that the Fire Marshal wouldn't shut the venue down for ignoring capacity limits. Capacity was 250 and they let 380 people in that night. I quit my job the next day and I was a full time musician ever since. This year 2021 marks 10 years I've been a "real" musician and I have only you all to thank for that. So anyone in San Francisco this Sunday come celebrate with me! Love you all, for life!
