•There is no perfect balance. Most amazing experiences and creations are brought to life with extreme focus ( presence and intentionality on something - whether that is art, parenting, a presentation or an evolution of sorts). You cannot, nor do you need to, do it all and be all things simultaneously. Seek harmony not perfect balance.

August Clarity & Conviction Huddle is this coming Monday morning.

In my coaching work, I support individuals and business partners in the big work of slowing down to get ahead. We analyze, brainstorm, dream, plan, solve and strategize together. My clients are always in the driver’s seat and I am a thought partner.

My version of business coaching is a combination of hard work, self-reflection and deep support. We can talk through hard things, and build out plans and roadmaps, while also laughing at the parts of business that make us crazy. 🤪

My monthly Clarity & Conviction Huddle is a free offering to my community. I lead it on Zoom the first Monday of every month (THIS Monday Feb 6th is the next one!)

I use the short 30 minute slot (9am to 9:30am MST) to support you in setting intentions for the month and then I speak on a topic related to self-growth or professional development. My goal is always for participants to consider how the topic lives out in their lives and how it’s working for them… to instill new behaviors, thoughts or perspectives.

Participants join with cameras on or off ( you do you). There are no breakout sessions or requirements to engage, other than with the content ( but lots of folks LOVE to connect in the chat!).
