It is with a Heavy Heart that we have to share the passing of one of the original founders of Covenant Care Services, LLC. Becky had a dream of being able to care for those who are less fortunate and worked hard her entire life to show the love in her heart for those around her. Her handprint is on so much of what we do today, from the assistants to our clientele and to the love/appreciation of our staff. The day this business was started none of us would have never dreamed of where it would go and who it would touch. Because of Becky’s dream people are getting needed assistance all throughout southeast Missouri. Becky always had time or made time for those who were around her, showing them the value each and everyone of us hold. Our hearts are broken but we strive to continue her dream in years to come. Fredericktown Office

It is with a heavy Heart the we have to announce the passing of such a great member of the a Covenant Care Services Family. Julie Crawford embodied the entire heart of all of us in every action of her life. She always Loved without Measure, gave of herself for others, took in the less Fortunate, supported those in need, and was always there for anyone at a moments notice. I have watched her grow since We went to church in Fredericktown MO (she was a child) and throughout the years of our lives together. She was a amazing Daughter, friend, spouse, employee and Mother. I know that she would want us all to carry on the work that she was such a huge part of and I hope that I can embody a portion of what she has instilled into me. To all the field and office staff, as well as clientele of Covenant Care the office is a phone call away if you need someone to talk to at any time. We Don’t know all the answers or reasons but we know that together we will carry on Julie’s big heart of Love for the less fortunate. Family and Friends also know we are here to support and love in any way we possibly can. Julie you will be forever missed and Loved by all at Covenant and know that we will continue on all that you were such a huge part of. I watched you countless times give of yourself and take in those who needed help or that had no one to listen to them. You loved the individuals we served and it showed through every action you carried out. Prayers for this family who has endured so much loss in such a short time.

Update for Fredericktown MO Office and Field staff: as of October 27, 2021 the Fredericktown MO Temporary Office location will be at the old Madison County Health Department Building just off Main Street. This Building is adjacent to the Hospital and is across the street from the Armory Building. I will post address once obtained. We will be at this office location from 8:30-4:30 from this point forward. We will have someone present at all times to collect Payroll and help out all field staff and Clientele needs. Please note phone lines, copier and internet continue to be down at this time until the new temporary office is completely set up. Please drop off Payroll or any other needed information starting today. We will contact field staff with after hours drop location once one is secured.

We would like to thank the Madison County Health Department Board and the new Owners of the building who have it under contract (we will leave that anonymous at this time, but you know who your are) for working with us during our time of need. It truly has been amazing watching the town I grew up in pull together in this time of need. Also, huge thanks to Swinford Reality for pulling this together for us to keep our business operational during what is truly a time of devastation.

Update for field Staff: (Fredericktown office only)

We will be stationed today from 10-4 at the little building between Fredericktown Vision Center and Madison County Service Coordination (old Barrett Jensen car lot), across from the Post Office, to collect Payroll, documents and check on all staff. This is a temporary location for today only. Robin, Jamie and Lee will be present. Please feel free to drop off all payroll to these ladies so we can continue to process Paychecks as normal. We will be posting in the next day or so the plans for a temporary office location for the entire office. Thanks for your help. Update on Fredericktown Office: We are grateful to announce that even though we still have several without power, major loss in our community and a long road ahead of us, we are all thankful for the safety of our Clientele, employees and Community partners. It was amazing to see our little community come out in support for those who have been so greatly affected by this natural disaster.

At this time we have no update but hope to have a update by tomorrow morning or early afternoon of the plans to set up a temporary office while we rebuild or remodel the Fredericktown location. Thank you for your continued patience and patronage. To all our employees, we are so grateful for the work you are doing and know we would not be able to continue if it was not for your hard work. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you’re in need as we navigate through this time together.
