D-Day, never forgotten. Always remembered especially by my husband, Greg, and his sisters Debi, Sheryll and Monique. My late mother-in-law, Simone Jacoulet Turnell, was a young girl when France was occupied by German troops. In her memoir she recounted “They used to walk in the street behind our house at 6 o’clock every morning, we would wake up at the sound of their boots on the asphalt and their song “Eili, Eilo, Eila.” Simone’s father was a prisoner of war, and later died from injuries sustained in Germany. Her brother, Jean, joined “the Marquis” or French Resistance. Rounding out our double-header weekend is this lovely couple beginning their FOREVER at , another favorite venue … we sure are blessed to work with such extraordinary couples at such fabulous spots!

We’re closing out our April weddings with a double-header weekend. First up is this sweet couple beginning their Happily Ever After at , a fan favorite venue for Mill Stream Farm BakeStudio!

We have just a handful of Saturdays still available or that have recently opened up for this year, and have already booked several dates for 2025. If you have your heart set on top vendors, don’t wait to book them because our dates fill quickly. If you’re a wedding couple whom has inquired with me but hasn’t taken that final step, act now because my 2024 books are preparing to close.

Happy International Women’s Day! Cheers to ALL the women … especially in honor of my daughter, Sawyer, the one I admire most. She’s strong, she’s fierce, she’s considerate, she’s loyal, she’s humble, she’s honest, and she’s what I’m all about. She’s the best of me. When she was just a little girl, she bravely recited words to a song to encourage me to be brave in a certain situation … and because of her, I’ve always chosen to stand. I am Woman, Hear Me Roar … And now, I also have a Bonus Daughter, and her bravery is unparalleled 💓. Let’s go, girls!

Our WB Dream Wedding took place yesterday, and I must say this fairytale surpassed my expectations. To look at a couple and know, just know with every fiber of your being, that God surely created them for each other. They are an extension one of the other, and their love is, without a shred of doubt, what dreams are made of. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Saldana, we are all honored to witness your love and have a bit part in your Happily Ever After! ♥️
