EIFS/STUCCO/PLASTER installer

Compensation: $28 hourly, 3% employer match IRA, 50% employer paid health insurance

Requirements:
Read write speak and understand English
Drivers license
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
Pass a pre employment health screening
Integrity
Work ethic

Job duties:
New installations
Repair installations
Knowledge and adherence to industry standards and best practices as outlined by EIMA
Demo and Install foam, lathe, sheeting, weather barrier, flashing and all components of stucco and EIFS systems per industry standard
Use power tools
Manage and organize daily and weekly tasks in an efficient manner
Meet company production requirements
Perform tasks with and without assistance from a laborer
Prepare job site for work
Clean job site after work
Drive with and without trailer
Communicate with customers
Removal and Installation of finish
Removal and installation of system components
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Ability to work at moderate heights
Remove and install scaffolding
Follow and adhere to company and osha safety standards
Ability to lift, carry, climb, and use ladders when necessary
Ability to safely operate a boom lift and scissor lift
Willingness to be cross trained in other trades

Knowledge and adherence to industry standards and best practices as putline by MIA
Install stone
Use power tools
Manage and organize daily and weekly tasks in an efficient manner
Meet company production requirements
Perform masonry tasks with and without a mason's tender
Prepare job site for work
Clean job site after work
Drive with and without trailer
Communicate with customers
Removal and Installation of lentils
Removal and installation of pre cast caps
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Ability to work at moderate heights
Remove and install scaffolding
Follow and adhere to company and osha safety standards
Ability to lift, carry, climb, and use ladders when necessary
Ability to safely operate a boom lift and scissor lift
Willingness to be cross trained in other trades
