In case you’ve been wondering where we are:

We’ve arrived at our campsite down the Jersey Shore. 100+ degrees with heat index and we are in full sun. We only have 30amp service and that usually means only one air conditioner can run at a time. With our custom designed solar/power system, we can run both air conditioners and also our residential refrigerator, microwave, watch TV, or make a pot of coffee at the same time. Hughes 50 amp hard wired surge protector.
We also installed an auxiliary variable speed fridge vent fan.
Due to the floor design of the Reflection model, the floor was also reinforced to safely hold the additional weight of the batteries.

Our last stop before our summer home in Somerset County PA. We are here for 2 nights before our final push of 269 miles.

Using our solar today/tonight. It’s great to be able to just pull in and we don’t need a plug.

Thank goodness our longest drive day is behind us! We are grateful for another Elks Lodge with a 50 amp plug for us since it’s 90 degrees at 6pm!

Congrats to Steven & Linda on their awesome new system! 1600 watts of solar, 600 ah lithium batteries, and a Victron solar charge controller. (They already had an inverter!). Happy boondocking!

Getting it done! It’s been a windy start to this install but at least there’s no rain (so far!) These clients are not here, but will arrive Saturday. They are getting 8 - 200 watt Rich Solar panels, 3 LiFeBlue lithium batteries, a Victron Smart Solar MPPT 150/100 charge controller with 120 amp breaker and disconnect, and all associated hardware and wire. Their current inverter is sufficient. Can’t wait for them to see it!

Just to let you all know - we don’t have a signal here - only on our new T-Mobile hot spot so if I don’t answer right away - that’s why.
