🍁 Happy November from Hilltop Healthcare! 🍁
As we enter this season of gratitude on this first Friday of November, we’re excited to kick off our Thankful Thursdays challenge! Every Thursday this month, we’ll be sharing something we’re thankful for and inviting you to join us. Whether it’s family, friends, health, or simple joys, let’s spread positivity together!
This week, we’re especially thankful for our amazing residents who make Hilltop such a wonderful place. 💙
Tell us what you’re thankful for in the comments below, and check back next Thursday for more gratitude!
At Hilltop Healthcare, we are committed to raising awareness about stroke prevention, recognition, and recovery. Did you know that 1 in 4 people worldwide will experience a stroke in their lifetime? The good news is that up to 80% of strokes are preventable with lifestyle changes and proper medical care.
Knowing the signs of a stroke can save lives. Remember the FAST acronym:
Face Drooping: One side of the face may droop or feel numb.
Arm Weakness: Weakness or numbness, especially on one side.
Speech Difficulty: Slurred or hard-to-understand speech.
Time to call 911: Act quickly if you notice these signs.
Join us in spreading the word this World Stroke Day. Together, let’s protect our health and the health of our community! 💙
🎃 Thank you to everyone who came out to our Trunk or Treat today! 🎃
We had such a spook-tacular time celebrating with our residents, families, and the community! From the creative costumes to the decorated trunks, the event was filled with laughter, fun, and plenty of treats. 🍬🍫 A huge shout-out to all the staff, volunteers, and participants who made this event possible—we couldn’t have done it without you!
We love seeing everyone come together to create these special moments, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year. Check out some of our favorite highlights from the day below!
