Here is an updated copy of my cancellation policy! I hate to start enforcing this but I’ve had too many last minute cancellations
Your appointment is very important at Mackenzee Tenoglia Hair, therefore I require you to let me know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make the appointment. If I have 24 hours or less of a notice a charge of 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If I have a no show 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. Reoccurring last minute canceling/rescheduling will require a deposit to hold any remaining appointments. Any appointment that shows up past the 15 minute mark will be charged a $10 late fee or subject to rescheduling depending on my book for the day. I value mine and my clients time so please if you can’t make it give a notice!
